Biography
With over 20 years of global leadership experience across life sciences, regulatory consulting, and operations, Yachna brings a proven track record of driving innovation, efficiency, and client success.
Yachna leads the expansion of G&L’s operations in Asia Pacific, overseeing strategic delivery and client engagement across regulatory, quality, and compliance services. She is known for building high-performing teams, driving operational efficiency through digital tools and Lean methodologies, and fostering long-term client relationships.
Before joining G&L, Yachna held senior leadership roles at Genpact, Deutsche Bank, and General Electric, where she led complex global programmes in regulatory affairs, quality, finance, and operational excellence.
She holds an MBA from IIT Delhi and a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering. She is a Six Sigma Green Belt and has championed multiple continuous improvement initiatives throughout her career.
