Welcoming Yachna Suri as Vice President, Regional Lead Asia Pacific and India 

We are pleased to welcome Yachna Suri as Vice President, Regional Lead Asia Pacific and India. 

Yachna’s appointment reflects G&L’s strategic focus on strengthening India as a global delivery center and deepening our reach into key Asia Pacific markets. 

Based in Mumbai, she will lead the regional expansion of our platform, with a focus on broadening our service capabilities in areas such as quality, compliance, and regulatory affairs. 

With over 20 years of global leadership experience across life sciences, regulatory consulting, and operations, Yachna brings a proven track record of driving innovation, efficiency, and client success. 

She joins us from Genpact, where she served as Vice President and India Site Leader for Regulatory Affairs, overseeing operations for more than 600 FTEs. 

In her new role, Yachna will lead the strategic development and delivery of G&L’s services across Asia Pacific and India. Her leadership will be integral to growing client relationships and enhancing local delivery capabilities.

The India Regulatory Affairs team will remain under the functional leadership of Vrushali Tambe, who will report to Yachna as part of the new structure.

Yachna holds an MBA from IIT Delhi and a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering. She is a Six Sigma Green Belt and has championed multiple continuous improvement initiatives throughout her career.
