He has previously held senior leadership positions at IBM, Genpact, Wipro, and Aegis, where he led global initiatives, managed large-scale transitions, and delivered tailored digital solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Manik is a certified PMP, MCSE, and CCNA, and holds a Diploma in Computer Networking from IIT Kharagpur. His deep technical knowledge, strategic mindset, and cross-sector experience make him a valuable partner for clients navigating change and complexity.
