How do I access The Source?
The Source is available via Desktop and as a mobile app on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Once registered, you can log in from any device.
Do I need to sign a contract to join The Source?
No. Registration is free, and there is no contractual commitment until you choose to engage in an assignment through G&L Scientific.
How long does registration take?
Most consultants complete their profile in under 10 minutes. Just add your contact details, professional background, areas of expertise, certifications, and any specialist skills you’d like us to match to opportunities. You can update your skills, experience, and availability at any time.

How do opportunities get matched to me?
Opportunities are matched based on the skills, experience, and preferences you list in your profile. The more complete your profile, the more accurately we can match you.
Will I be notified when there is a suitable opportunity?
Yes. You’ll receive alerts through the platform, and by email if enabled, whenever an opportunity aligns with your profile. Be sure to check your junk/spam folders and add The Source emails to your safe senders’ list: [email protected] & [email protected]
Is expressing interest in an opportunity binding?
No. Expressing interest simply indicates that you wish to be considered. G&L will contact you with the next steps if you are shortlisted.
Assignments & Work Models
Are opportunities full-time, part-time, or project-based?
All formats exist: short-term projects, part-time engagements, long-term roles, and specialist consulting assignments. Each opportunity clearly outlines the expected commitment. Many roles are remote or hybrid, while others require on-site presence depending on client needs.
Can I apply for opportunities outside my home country?
Depending the nature of the work, location is not always a limiting factor, as long as you have the skills and experience to meet the project requirements. Where on-site presence is required, you should have the legal right to work in that region.
